  • Pork belly

Make a little tin foil bed with the skin side up, so that the meat stays nice and tender whilst the skin crisps up. Poke a generous amount of holes in the skin with a skewer - a knife will also do.

Brush the skin with some vinegar then cover in a generous amount of salt (it will be scraped off later.

Air fry at 200℃ for 30 minutes. Once the pork is cooked and the skin is crisp and crunchy, take the pork belly out, scrape off the salt. You can also give the skin a wipe with a paper towel.

Brush over some sunflower oil, making sure the tin foil bed is nice and tight. Then return to the air fryer for 30 minutes at 200℃.

Once the skin is uber crispy, take out of the air fryer, and serve with your choice of sides and sauce.
